Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other image editing software
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
