Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist at InvestNjoy Capital, you will be instrumental in managing and executing our digital marketing strategies across various platforms including social media and email campaigns. You will also coordinate events and contribute to our sales efforts. This role combines marketing creativity with sales acumen to enhance our market presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and oversee social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign and report on performance.

Email Marketing:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers, to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Monitor analytics and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Event Coordination:

• Organize and coordinate marketing events that align with our overall marketing and sales strategy.
• Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, attendants, materials, etc.).

Sales:

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients and stakeholders through networking and other business development activities.

General:

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to align marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and sales.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of event planning and coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
• High level of creativity and attention to detail.
• Flexible timing to accommodate project timelines and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certification in Marketing or related fields.
• Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and platforms.
