Compensation: $65,000, commission, robust benefits package, car allowance.

Print NW is looking for two motivated and outgoing account executives to join our sales team and focus on either our promotional products or custom apparel categories.

As an account executive, you will generate leads, drive sales, and represent Print NW as a trusted and reliable partner. You will need to have a passion for sales and marketing and a network of contacts and prospects. You must also be comfortable with cold calling and engaging with decision-makers. You are self-motivated, looking to build a future where you can make a difference.

Previous experience in the promotional product and apparel industry is required. You will work from our corporate office in Lakewood, WA, or Tumwater, WA, and report to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and follow up with prospects.
• Promptly follow up on leads and referrals, including cold calls.
• Present and demonstrate Print NW's products and services to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.

• Uncover needs, budgets, and decision-making process for Prospects.
• Communicate with management on potential leads and opportunities for their involvement.
• Communicate with customers regarding product specifications.

• Work with sales and creative teams to ensure marketing support needs are met.
• Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Attend sales meetings, trainings, and events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Qualifications/Skills

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the promotional product or custom apparel industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
