Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager
Location: 1065 Brea Mall Suite 1044, Brea, CA 92821
Position: Manage the Day to Day Operations of the Store
Basic Requirements:
We are looking to hire both a manager and assistant manager who can run our day to day operations at our Brea store location. We are looking for a person who has the leadership and experience to run a store efficiently. Looking for a manager who can meet and exceed our sales goal.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Higher

Requirements:
- Have Manager experience with other companies in a retail environment.
- Have experience in leading and managing a team of employees to reach store goals.
- Have experience in sales and organizing a team to work productively and efficiently.
- Have experience in receiving and managing inventory using a POS system.
- Have to work on a full time basis and be available to come in any day to work as needed without restrictions.
- Have knowledge of all our products or be able to get acquire this knowledge with our products very quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making Sales, Providing Customer Service, Maintaining Store Front and Stock Room.
- Opening Merchandise / Pricing, Restocking Products, Cleaning Store Front / Stock Room.
- Making sure All Employees follow All Directions and Store Rules.
- Work Efficiently, Be Productive, Get Tasks Done on Time, Have a Work Routine for All Employees.
- Responsible to Report any Damaged Items Found.
- Responsible for Opening and or Closing Store as Needed.
- Responsible for Closing Register / POS (End of Day)
- Responsible for Assisting in Developing and Training Potential Key Holders and Sales Associates
- Handling and Receiving Merchandise and Organizing Inventory Locations
- Have to Cover Shifts that are called off by Team Leaders, Key Holders, & Sales Associates
- Create / Implement and Reach Store Goals in Sales, Tasks Etc.
- Handling Weekly Scheduling by Covering & Reassigning Shifts as Needed w/ Approval
- Responsible for Training, Teaching, Developing, and Motivating Sales Associates
- Responsible for Giving Tasks for Employees to do, Keeping them Productive
- Responsible for Following and Enforcing Store Rules and Policies
- Responsible for Visual Display and Appearance of the Store, Be up to High Standards
- Responsible for Organizing, Maintaining, Requesting, and Receiving Inventory
- Responsible for Loss and Damage Prevention, Implementing Proper Procedures
- Responsible for Assisting with Hiring, Interviewing Potential Future Employee’s
