Creative Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphics, including social media content, website visuals, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

Use creative design and innovation to produce strategic marketing materials and promotional materials for all areas of the organization, using photoshop and Illustrator.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and organize content publishing schedules, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Develop and implement social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Work with Marketing team to develop compelling and creative content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials.

Design, create, and manage high-quality content tailored to each social platform's unique audience.

Develop engaging short videos for social media platforms, utilizing B-roll, and other creative assets to maximize viewer engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign & Canva

Proven experience on graphic design and social media management

Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Experience with Reddit, TikTok, and others is a plus.

Knowledge and passion for social media marketing trends and best practices.

Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.

Experience with SOCI or other social media scheduling platforms.

Experience working for a Franchise company a plus.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

This is a remote position.
