Account Director, Customer Success

Location: Hybrid with 2 days/week in Bethesda, MD office (close to Metro). Remote talent considered.

Overview:

Are you an expert in consumer insights, market research and data analytics? Do you have commercial experience driving retention and expansion for a SaaS platform in the consumer marketing space? 

We’re looking for a senior-level individual contributor experienced in consumer insights, market research, and SaaS platform commercialization tol drive retention and expansion for F500 consumer brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 25-40 clients, $2-3M ARR, achieving 82% GRR and 98% NRR.
  • Develop Member Value Plans (MVP) with Client Success Managers (CSMs), tailoring strategies to client objectives.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor status by understanding client priorities, customer segments, and organizational dynamics.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities leveraging Collage Group's research, data analytics, and consulting services.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical calls to drive platform adoption.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Represent Collage Group at industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required, Masters preferred.
  • 5+ years in CSM/account management, meeting growth and retention targets.
  • 2+ years in marketing-focused SaaS, ideally with F1000 companies in consumer insights or martech.
  • Strong client rapport-building and communication skills.
  • Client-centric mindset with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills essential for success.
