CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Status: Full-time, in office
Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000

As a Client Relationship Manager, you can expect to:
  • Think. We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act!
  • Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the leader’s attention on the items that require his personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled, and completed.
  • Stay apprised of all client meetings and ongoing activities, keeping up to date on the lead advisor’s priorities and projects, goals, and timelines and what he wants/needs to do with each on an ongoing basis so that you can process, schedule, and oversee projects.
  • Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with clients and prospects by phone and in person
  • Interact well with other office personnel, support associates, and other third-party affiliations
  • Maintain client and office files
  • Process new account paperwork, including preparation, transfer, and database updates
  • Maintain procedures for client service effectiveness, including but not limited to coordination and maintenance of client relationship management system and client processing system
  • Assist in client appointment preparation
  • Effectively manage Advisor’s calendar
  • Capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
  • Maintain client data integrity in CRM and Client Data processing programs
  • Prepare mailings and other communications in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with contribution and distribution requests
  • Complete all required training in a timely manner and recommend any additional training needed to be up to date and more effective with responsibilities
  • Strict adherence to client confidentiality policies and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for this role include:
  • College degree is required
  • FINRA Series 65 required (Series 7, 66, or 63 a plus)
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or client service role in the wealth management or related field is required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a client-facing role is required
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong computer desktop skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Technology-forward
  • Internet savvy
  • Ability to adapt
