Job Summary:

As the Chief Banking Officer (CBO), you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of Servbank banking operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency across our banking division. The CBO will lead a team of banking professionals and work collaboratively with other department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to achieve organizational objectives, including market expansion, product development, and revenue growth.

Operational Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the banking team, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the banking division, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to optimize profitability and efficiency.

Product Development: Drive the development and enhancement of banking products and services to meet the evolving needs of customers and capitalize on market opportunities.

Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to mitigate potential risks and ensure the safety and soundness of banking operations.

Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.

Technology and Innovation: Identify and leverage technology solutions and innovations to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve the customer experience.

Talent Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the banking division, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, board members, regulators, and community partners.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

· Proven track record of successful leadership in banking or financial services, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in executive management roles.

· In-depth knowledge of banking operations, products, and services, as well as regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

· Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

· Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage change, and lead teams in a dynamic and competitive environment.

· Visionary leadership style with a passion for innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement.
