Job Description
State Farm Agency seeks an insurance office rep - agent team member professional to join their team for a full-time role. Insurance experience is preferred, but well train the right person with the right skill set. You must possess required Insurance Licenses or be able to obtain asap.

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. - Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
