Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive interactions with followers.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, including content scheduling, ad management, and influencer partnerships.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports to clients and internal teams, with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our clients' strategies remain innovative and effective.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
