Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the residential HVAC division including sales, service, installation, and customer experience.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for the residential HVAC division, focusing on increasing revenue and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and service team to maximize their potential and performance. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
  • Provide regular updates on performance to the President and Leadership Team. 
  • Monitor financial performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions aimed at improving margins. 
  • Act as a liaison between the residential HVAC division and other departments within the company, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve overarching organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices specifically related to residential HVAC operations.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify growth opportunities, new markets, and emerging trends in the residential HVAC industry.
Qualifications: 
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the residential HVAC industry, with at least five (5) years of experience in operations management.
  • In-depth understanding of residential HVAC systems, processes, and industry best practices.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A valid Driver's License and clean driving record. 
  • Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
