Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate social media programs for several brands
- Create product images from products using Adobe CC
- Manage social media postings for each platform
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Review and optimize marketing budget
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
- Manage customer interactions as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
- Proficient with Ecommerce Platforms, Magento or Shopify
- Experience with various social media platforms
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Graphic Design Skills preferred
- Experience with Klaviyo, Adwords, Facebook/Instagram Ads preferred but not required.
