THE POSITION
Based in Denver, the Project Coordinator position involves a wide range of responsibilities and roles including with multi-party collaboratives, stakeholder engagement, communications, and outreach. The position provides an opportunity to work on projects throughout Colorado and Rocky Mountain region as well as the opportunity to staff projects of national significance. We are looking for someone with an interest in public and private sector projects, collaborative problem-solving, and process design. Candidates from a variety of backgrounds will be considered.
Specifically, this entry-level position will provide support to several projects in our transportation, water, and energy sectors. However, the role is not limited to these sectors and may work on projects related to land use and community planning, natural resources, and equitable and inclusive engagement. In our work we remain impartial on the subject matter, the participants, and their interests and positions, and focus exclusively on information quality, exchange, and the decision-making process. This is not an advocacy position.
This position regularly requires:
Day to day office management
Scheduling meetings, maintaining meeting agendas.
Digital filing/organization.
Action list tracking.
Record keeping.
Managing office operations and schedules.
