Stoneham Ford is seeking an individual to assist the Service Manager with daily duties. As an assistant service manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the service department, customer interactions, reports, and repairs. Leading by example and routinely training with the Service Advisors and Service Manager will be needed. Stoneham Ford has been family owned and operated since 1927 and the Largest volume ford dealer in New England. Our shop does over 25,000 Repair orders per year. Responsibilities

Assist service manager with administrative duties, oversight, customer service and management of the daily operations of the service department

Assisting Service Customers at service desk with professionalism and a focus on exceeding client expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Consistently perform above region CSI average

Collaborate with team to streamline repairs and improve service efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Assist in Training, mentoring, and development service department staff.

Experience/Qualifications

CDK Experience

At least 3 years previous dealership service advisor experience.

Successful track record with service experience.

Valid Driver's License

Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

Basic Technical automotive repair and maintenance knowledge

Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers

HOURS ARE MONDAY – FRIDAY 7:30AM – 5:30PM AND 1 SATURDAY FROM 8AM-12PM EVERY 3-4 WEEKS
