The Project Coordinator (PC) plays a critical support role in the client services department. This entry-level position provides vital assistance across client services pod teams to help ensure projects are set up and completed on time, within budget, and deliver exceptional quality. The PC will collaborate daily with project teams, actively participate in project workflows, provide administrative support, and assist with coordination of communications and deliverables. This role offers excellent exposure to the fast-paced agency environment and healthcare marketing industry. The PC will have opportunities to expand skills in communication, project management, and overall client services while working with experienced marketing professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and assist with project kick-offs, briefs, and setup within agency systems
- Support pod teams in developing detailed project timelines and plans
- Diligently track and manage project details and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle in agency systems
- Thoroughly review and QA deliverables, proactively identify and resolve issues
- Generate clear, accurate project status reports and presentations
- Maintain smooth workflow and communication between project teams
- Support with responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner
- Provide administrative assistance to client services team
- Carefully follow policies, processes, and protocols within agency systems
- Complete detailed, accurate timesheets on a daily basis
- Actively participate in training programs and continuing education

- Willingness to learn new skills and ways of working according to client service processes and procedures
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Coursework or experience in project management is a plus
Physical Requirements
- This remote role demands extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings, requiring clear speech and hearing
- Candidates must manage a quiet, ergonomic workspace with reliable internet access
