Key Duties & Responsibilities:
-Oversee, manage, and build an Internal Marketing Team comprising two associates: a creative/Design Director and a Website/Social Media Associate.
-Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for customized metalwork products, Dealer Showroom merchandising displays, and marketing services to the Kitchen Bath and Plumbing Industries
-Develops and manages marketing operating budgets for Dealer Showroom and Customer Direct Sales domestically and internationally.
-Plans, manages and oversees advertising and promotion activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail to crucial business channels, such as retail/wholesale dealer showrooms and customer direct channels.
-Oversees, develops and manages new product design/development processes, product market positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce profitable long-term market share domestically and internationally. Works closely with Palmer Internal Design Team: CDO (Chief Design Officer), General Manager-Drafting/Design Engineering Department
-Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets.
-Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities in all product channels.
-Establishes and maintains relationships with outside marketing & design service firms, industry influencers, and key strategic sales partners in all product channels
-Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents them to the executive management team.
-Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
-Analyzes and controls expenditures of the Marketing Department to conform to budgetary requirements.
-Assists other departments in preparing internal materials/publications for Sales, Drafting, Accounting, and Manufacturing.
Key Professional Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
· MBA preferred
· Minimum 8-12 years of marketing experience
· Supervisory Experience required
· Experience in Retail displaying showroom venues, Websites, and Social/Digital/Print Marketing methods.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, WordPress, Photoshop, Keyshot, or similar programs.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Hands-on, with the ability to multi-task
· Must possess a high level of customer service
