The Solutions Marketing Manager will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent in the industry and leading outreach programs. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing techniques to identify the unique skills and qualifications required for positions in speech therapy, occupational therapy, and behavior analysis.
Responsibilities
Email and Social media outreach
Utilize various sourcing techniques including online sourcing, social media outreach, networking, and industry events to identify and attract passive and active talent within the fields of Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Behavior Analysis.
Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from prospects to hires.
Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
Engagement and Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain relationships with talent through personalized communication, providing timely updates on MeBe's contributions in multi-discipline clinical services and associated career opportunities.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand staffing requirements and effectively build campaigns and partnerships to attract talent with similar profiles to engage with MeBe.
Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective talent with clinical associations, universities and social media groups.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market insights related to speech therapy, occupational therapy, and behavior analysis and weave into MeBe talent marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools, recruitment strategies, and best practices to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
Partner with Recruiters to open and close reqs
Generate regular reports and metrics to track sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Partner with Chief People Officer for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff to recruiters.
How Your Success will be Measure: Key Performance Indicators of the Role
Recipient Engagement- How recipients interact with your emails, such as opening rates and marking emails as spam.
Email List Health- Regular cleaning of your list to remove inactive or invalid addresses helps in maintaining a good sender reputation.
Compliance with Email Regulations- Adherence to laws like the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL is crucial for legal compliance and deliverability.
Frequency and Volume of Emails- Consistent and balanced email sending practices help in establishing a stable sender reputation.
Content Quality- Wording, and design of email and social media content, including avoidance of spam-like features
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, and paid digital.
Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing digital marketing practices.
Experience marketing in specialized healthcare or education fields, such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, or behavior analysis.
Deep experience with email campaign development and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication skills, especially written skills.
Master level ability to engage and build rapport with diverse candidate populations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for talent acquisition and creating positive candidate experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Lead Generation or similar growth marketing tactics.
Certification in Sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).
Experience working with Ashby applicant tracking systems (ATS) or Glassdoor or Lever.

Pay: $65,000- $75,000 depending on experience
