Associate Director of Investor Relations

With Intelligence is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Director of Investor Relations to join our team. As a leading provider of business intelligence, data, insights, and events for the global asset management industry, we are dedicated to helping our clients make informed investment decisions and drive growth.

The Associate Director of Investor Relations will play a crucial role in supporting our Global Head of Investor Relations. This role is a key contact for the allocator and investment consultant community, communicating the company's strategy, opportunities and business initiatives. The Associate Director IR will work closely with the team to develop and execute numerous initiatives including filling various programs with speakers and building out advisory boards and the audience. It requires thinking creatively in order to attract allocators and consultants by implementing allocator-only initiatives and working closely with the Content Directors. We work across the three different event businesses: Pension Bridge, Women's Summits and The Partnerships.

Requirements

• Existing relationships with allocators is essential.
• An excellent communicator who can quickly grasp client needs and brainstorm creative ways to fulfill them through sessions, panels, surveys, investor gatherings, and more.
• Proactive in staying up to date with market trends, people moves, and investment strategies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Results-oriented with a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and self-starting attitude.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
