We have an opportunity to second an IT manager with banking background for 140k per annum. This strategic move not only strengthens our team but also provides us with access to the expanding opportunities within this bank.
Do we currently have a Project Manager with experience in Banking IT, preferably someone fluent in Mandarin/Chinese or who has collaborated with American Chinese banks such as (East West)? Bank Irvine, revenue source stems from Shenzhen-based businesses operating in the US and catering to the Chinese diaspora. Paul Peng's has already started his aggressive growth promotions to attract his customer base.

- Developing an RFI/RFP Process: We will create a comprehensive Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) process to assist you in evaluating and selecting the most suitable core banking solution from among Fiserv and FIS.
- Conversion Management: We will take charge of efficiently managing the transition from CSI to the chosen core banking vendor, ensuring a seamless migration process.
