The Executive Assistant & Receptionist will provide critical support to the business owner, managing administrative tasks, and serving as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Act as the first point of contact for the company, managing reception and handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel and accommodations.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the owner.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls.
- Offer administrative support for various projects led by the owner, including document management and coordination of project activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of susceptible information with discretion.
- Enhance office efficiency by implementing organized filing systems and streamlining administrative procedures.
- Greet and assist onsite guests, providing excellent customer service.
