Role Overview: The Associate Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B marketing efforts. This position requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition between digital, event, and traditional marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
  • Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Event Marketing:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute industry-specific events, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Leverage events to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.
• Traditional Marketing:
  • Create compelling content for print materials, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Manage direct mail campaigns and other traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Video for social media.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, bonus if in the construction or HVAC industry.
• Proficiency in the following tools:
  • Hubspot
  • LinkedIn
  • Microsoft 365
  • Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-starting and able to work with minimal supervision.
