Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team! You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing brand visibility through strategic social media initiatives. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, you will develop and execute innovative campaigns that engage our target audience, promote our services, and ultimately generate leads and conversions. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for differentiation
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Create compelling, on brand content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok 
• Utilize multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, and infographics to enhance content appeal and drive user engagement. 
• Cultivate relationships with influencers, industry partners, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and credibility within the market 
• Serve as a brand ambassador for TimeLine Staffing, LLC embodying our values and voice in all social media interactions

​Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
• Proven experience in social media marketing, in a B2B or service oriented industry
• In depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices for organic and paid content distribution 
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetic and storytelling 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and make data driven decisions 
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
