Salary: $50,000 to $150,000, annual equivalent ($24.04-$72.12, hourly)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 
Following specifications from content designers, you will technically develop learning experiences, ensuring functionality and design consistency throughout.  As a Learning Experience Developer, you will be responsible for making sure experience design, delivery, UI, and audience interaction serve the content learning goals and known audience needs. You will be efficient, consistent, and precise in your development processes.  

  • Implement course curriculums using Oxygen methodology including the comprehensive integration of digital technologies (virtual, video lectures, games, interactive assessments, instructional videos, e-learning, etc.) to achieve desired learning outcomes 
  • Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product 
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, games etc) 
  • Upload training into various platforms and tools as desired 
  • Meticulously maintain design and functionality consistency across all deliverables 
  • Escalate issues effectively and with discretion 
  • Provide key input to other Oxygen resources to develop repeatable methods for the Creation & Delivery of learning experiences  
  • Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies, instructional development theories, and innovative approaches for potential application 


YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US IF YOU HAVE:  

  • 4-year degree or equivalent  
  • 3+ years’ experience in development with prior experience in the learning field, ideally with exposure to e-learning  
  • Expert experience with Articulate 360 with emphasis on Storyline and Rise development 
  • HTML and programming knowledge is a plus 
  • Visual design skills and knowledge of industry standard design tools  
  • An understanding of the creative development/production process  
  • An agile (not waterfall) mindset and comfort working in a technology-savvy environment  
  • Demonstrated experience in working with small and large teams spread globally 
  • Relentless discipline to complete tasks on client timelines and within scope, keeping impact to both the audience and the business in mind  


DETAILS: 
Virtual / Remote. Considering W-2, temporary, hourly position (with possibility of extension) or Full-Time, depending on business needs. Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone. Oxygen Experience will offer the successful candidate a competitive base compensation and benefits package. The targeted range for this role is $50,000 to $150,000, annual equivalent ($24.04-$72.12, hourly). For positions lasting 6 months+, benefits offerings include 100% paid for medical, dental and vision coverage and generous coverage for dependents. Oxygen Experience also offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan, Flexible Spending Account, and a generous paid time-off (vacation, sick, holidays) program. For positions lasting less than 6 months, Oxygen Experience offers accrued paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan after 1,000 hours worked.
