Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. Columbia Community Mental Health houses the Collaborative Care Team, an approach to wellness that provides clients with therapy, case management, peer support, and addictions counseling as appropriate. We are looking for a qualified Program Manager to join our team!

Position: Program Manager I

Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary Range: $57,304.00 annually - $74,817.60 annually. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college is required. Minimum of three years of QMHA experience in community mental health is required. Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered if credential requirement is met.


Summary: This position oversees a team of case managers within the Adult OBHS department. This team provides behavioral interventions and treatment within the scope of the Qualified Mental Health Associate credential to clients enrolled in mental health services at CCMH. Services include but are not limited to case management, skills training, psychoeducation, care coordination, and advocacy. Group and individual treatment modalities are utilized. This position provides direct supervision to assigned staff and functions as a member of the OBHS leadership team.
