Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs that target specific channels to promote services or products. This role includes executing plans, staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends, and coordinating campaigns within the marketing team.  

Responsibilities 

• Plan, execute, and manage online search engine and social media advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads 

• Strategically optimize and manage campaigns to ensure we maintain ideal rankings and hit KPI and ROI goals for our clients 

• Configure tracking parameters for all digital campaigns to ensure proper tracking & conversion attribution 

• Track & report on outcomes of ads, campaigns, channels, etc. 

• Manage media spend across channels, adjusting spend as needed across channels, and maintain the media billing sheet to align with the monthly budget 

• Suggest and implement new campaigns and strategies to develop brand awareness, create engagement, and drive conversions for our clients 

• Conduct target audience and keyword research and develop campaigns based on findings 

• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives and content planning 

• Advise & work with marketing team on website structure & optimization 

• Maintain client websites with content updates and making new pages, working in the CMS as needed 

• Resolve any webpage issues by collaborating with the web developer 

• Monitor Google Analytics to track trends and adjust the website and marketing channels as needed 

• Maintain and make recommendations for upgrades to MarTech stack for clients and Unleaded 

• Work with Marketing Manager to maintain client CRM & Marketing Automation integrations 

• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in media and MarTech tools 

• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency 

Requirements & Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field 

• 1+ years' experience in digital advertising, marketing, or similar 

• Hands-on experience managing performance of digital marketing campaigns in platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. 

• Previous experience using Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, or other reporting platforms 

• Ability to adapt ads and campaigns to suit the channel they're being used on 

• Excellent attention to detail 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills 

Bonus Skills 

• Experience with traditional/ offline advertising (i.e. billboards, publications) 

• Experience with ABM platforms like Terminus, 6Sense, or similar 

• Experience with Marketing Automation platforms like Pardot, Marketo, or similar
