Job Title: Mid- Level PM - Project Manager Non-Tech

Location: Remote; need to work PST hours

Duration: 12 months

1. Minimum 5-7 years' experience with MSFT 365 Suite. (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
2. Minimum 5-7 years' experience with Project Management
3. Minimum 5-7 years' experience with Excellent written skills

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience required.

Summary:

The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project. This role provides the opportunity to work with a global team and partners all over the world, and to learn from different cultures and perspectives. This is a chance to be part of a pioneering social learning program for managers, and to learn from a team that is experienced in learning and development.

Candidate must have 5-7 years overall years of experience in the field.

• Bachelor's is preferred, writing background is a plus
• Experience in project management, especially in learning and development programs or projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can draft promotional copy and edit SharePoint sites.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, SuccessFactors, and the OR Learning management system.
• A writing background or some writing samples to showcase their skills.

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
