We are seeking a Promotional Sales Assistant/ Customer Service Rep to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing advertising product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving trends, advertising products and services
- Input and Close Orders
- File Editing and Preparation for Decorating
- Update websites with new trends
- Mass market and social media
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a PLUS
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Adobe Software Knowledge is a PLUS
- Website Knowledge is a PLUS
- SAGE is a PLUS
