Product Marketing Specialist

A partner is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist in Peabody, MA, responsible for drafting effective marketing communications, maintaining B2B marketing CRM software, posting on social media, assisting with new product launches, and copywriting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce communications to enhance the brand and emphasize product capabilities.
• Implement effective marketing communications to drive performance, including promotional flyers, targeted email campaigns, and product awareness initiatives.
• Interface with sales and product management for successful execution of marketing activities.
• Maintain data in the B2B marketing CRM software (Pardot/Salesforce).
• Draft communications for social media posting, perform various marketing activities, and copywriting.
• Develop a working understanding of the product line and its market relevance and competitive landscape.
• Support the Product Marketing Manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategies and plans.
• Monitor industry-wide trends in digital marketing and stay abreast of new tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a STEM-related discipline from a four-year college or university.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, eCommerce, business development, marketing communications, or digital marketing, preferably in a scientific/industrial products company, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing small projects from end to end within an established framework, including interacting with stakeholders, setting project timelines, and delivering projects to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce/Pardot desired.
• Graphic design experience (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, In-Design, Quark) preferred.
• Experience/knowledge of e-design principles helpful.
