Community Manager

Position Summary

Rosebud, a mobile home community in Bridgeview, IL, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mobile home community. This includes managing resident relations, leasing activities, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our residents.

In addition to our compensation package, this position offers the potential for an annual performance bonus.

Essential Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our community to potential residents.
• Coordinate and oversee the leasing process, including application processing, lease signing, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Manage rent collection processes.
• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of any maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Manage the office and maintenance staff to ensure that all work is completed on time and following standards.

Requirements

• Previous manager experience in property management or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Fair Housing regulations is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Proficient in office software applications such as Google Suites is a plus.
• Experience with property management software such as Back Office and Rent Manager is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
