Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

- Producing creative work that meets the needs of the clients;

- Designing and conceptualizing creative assets while collaborating with UX Designer and Developers;

- Adhering to client brand guidelines;

- Working with internal teams to support creative needs;

- Managing deadlines effective and staying on scheduling;

- Communicating with clients to understand their vision;

- Be a leader to encourage the professional growth of other Designers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with creating high fidelity interactive Figma designs
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with typography and layout
• Experience with responsive website design
• Experience with Brand Identity management
• Understanding of Design Systems and Userflows
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other scripting languages
• Experience working on/designing for different web hosting platforms (Wordpress, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.)
• Understanding of advertising and marketing principles
• A positive, solution-oriented, problem-solving, customer-centric attitude

A standout candidate with also have:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a marketing agency
• Experience working with a wide range of industries and clients
• Experience with B2B and B2C clients
