JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile comprehensive competitor, social media, and market analyses in support of active pitch opportunities
- Calendar and meeting scheduling
- Hold team members accountable to deadlines
- Be responsible for the high level of detail needed for final pitch materials
- Identify and maintain a robust and qualified database of prospective clients using the agency's CRM and Business Intelligence tools
- Conduct outreach to drive leads for the agency among its key prospective client categories
- Secure introductory and capabilities calls with key prospects and invitations to pitch and win work
- Track, monitor, and report on accounts expected to go into review, seeking a new partner, and industry movement of prospective clients
- Support with management and creation of content across the agency's social media channels
- Assist teams with compiling award submissions, maintaining deadlines, and coordinating submissions with third-party publication leads
- Support the agency's client newsletter and management of content, updates, and distribution
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 1-2+ years' experience in an agency or professional services firm environment
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects
- Strong written, verbal and editorial review abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with a wide range of people at the most senior level
