Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues before they arise.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming correspondence for the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Manage social media accounts for the CEO, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers
Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations, reports, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient communication and workflow within the organization.
