Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead key global initiatives, product launches, and market development campaigns. The position reports to the VP of Operation and Business Development and will have a leadership role in managing and growing QT Medical Inc.’s marketing and sales efforts. This individual partners with global & regional Product Managers and Professional Education teams to develop relevant and robust campaigns and initiatives. This position works very closely with both marketing and sales teams to create and execute custom marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for QT Medical Inc. Keeping clinicians and patients top of mind is critical to bringing our strategy, communications, and experiences to life in ways that resonate with our customers.

Job Expectations

  • Developing and manage brand initiatives and associated marketing communication programs which support key BU initiatives, product launches and market development efforts

  • Establishes and executes brand strategies and programs to achieve commercialization, profitability, business growth, and market share objectives.

  • Manage initiatives by working cross-functionally with our marketing (retention, acquisition, market-specific, operations etc.) and sales teams

  • Collaborating with Regional Marketing teams to develop regionally relevant, robust marketing and promotional programs, which ensure a consistent customer experience across all touch points

  • Partners with cross-functional teams to lead brand planning efforts; develops brand personality in conjunction with marketing, product marketing, product management, market research, and marketing communications functions.

  • Improve and increase co-op initiatives, vendor-driven marketing budgets, and the program at-large

  • Support the Marketing team to monitor KPIs such as website traffic, top-of-funnel conversions, ad performance, and revenue from co-op campaigns

  • Perform analysis on key business metrics to evaluate success and growth opportunities

  • Competitive landscape/marketing plan analysis for our sales department

  • Participation/preparation for vendor meetings and executive reviews

  • Oversee and facilitate team's deadlines, deliverables, and processes — to ensure successful, on-time co-op campaign execution

  • Coordinate project management across multiple functions, including key stakeholders (e.g., product management, convention management, and clinical affairs), to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects

  • Exploring and integrate innovative marketing strategies and tactics, including digital, interactive and online media, mobile applications, and other new methods that augment traditional marketing tactics

  • Developing department operational procedures and processes that foster effective communications and collateral

  • Monitoring metrics to track program effectiveness and ROI

  • Develops strategic messaging and presentation materials for KOL accounts

  • Collaborates with senior leadership to develop annual strategic plans

  • Applies consumer insights and market intelligence to develop approaches to link a brand identity to the company and its products

  • Mentors and trains other team members

  • Performs project management activities that commercialize the product, including but not limited to market strategy, packaging, and product to brand

  • Conducts strategic review activities

  • Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Knowledgeable of various Marketing department strategies and tactics and able to speak to the department's capabilities

  • Strong marketing acumen including understanding and application of marketing frameworks, concepts, and principles

  • Collaborative and comfortable with presenting and working directly with vendors

  • Able to manage timelines, budget, and deliverables with excellent project management skills

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Strict attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities

  • Strong understanding of the relationship between social media and business objectives

  • Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and independently

  • Substantial knowledge and understanding in applying brand strategy to communication challenges

  • Proven successful project management skills with the ability to drive achievement of objectives

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

  • Ability to lead projects with cross-functional team members, motivating and coaching others

Education And Experience Requirements

  • 4+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in Medical Sales, Media Planning, Paid Media/Digital Advertising, or similar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience

  • High aptitude and ability to make efficient use of online productivity and communication tools

  • Minimum three (3) years of management level experience preferred

  • Prior science/technical, medical device, healthcare background preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience). Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
