Title: Public Relations and Events Manager

Location: Greater Philadelphia Area

Position Summary:

Industry leading children’s consumer goods company is seeking a Public Relations and Events Manager to develop and manage Public Relations and Events plans in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with agencies to develop annual PR and Events plans for multiple children’s brands.
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendors/agencies/partners to manage activities relating to:
  1. PR, Events, and brand activations
  2. Event/Tradeshow planning and management
  3. Influencer and media outreach
• Allocate and manage budgets based on annual company plans.
• Day-to-day contact for key internal/external partners to ensure on-time delivery of approved materials.
• Analysis and reporting of campaign performance with strategic recommendations.
• Develop assets for marketing use (including but not limited to writing product copy, scripts, and digital content).

Requirements:

• Must have passion for children’s consumer goods and entertainment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of public relations, social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, digital media, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience preferred.
