Summit Business Technologies is seeking an individual with effective project management, communications and leadership skills to manage the delivery of information technology related projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of IT projects.
Direct and lead the work of project technical staff and manage resources and timetables.
Develop and update project plan with objectives, schedules, budget, technologies, systems, and specifications.
Develop and fulfill project communication plan.
Communicate project expectations to team members and customers.
Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Ensure fulfillment of project deliverables. Ensure quality standards.
Assign duties, responsibilities and direct activities of project personnel.
Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects.
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years hands-on in project management
Previous experience in information technology or other related fields
Strong project management skills
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Microsoft Certifications (preferred)
