VP, Director of White Spirits

This is an office role, based in Louisville, Kentucky.

What the Role Is

The VP, Director of White Spirits is a senior brand level role at Heaven Hill and has significant leadership responsibilities across all aspects of our key white spirits portfolio including Deep Eddy Vodka, Lunazul Tequila, and Premium Liqueurs. Success at Heaven Hill starts with our people and this role requires significant people leadership and cross functional relationship building and influence. The role must have significant marketing experience across the P’s and have a strong business acumen and growth mindset.

The VP, Director is ultimately responsible for NSV growth through marketing and innovation planning, coordinating with production, finance, and sales leadership to drive long term value. While primarily US focused, the role requires collaborating with global production facilities, visitor centers, and leadership with key external partners in Mexico and around the world.

How You Will Spend Your Time?

• Lead the brand and business plans for the white spirits brand portfolio coordinating all sales and marketing efforts throughout the annual brand planning process.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategies to drive growth and maximize value across Heaven Hill’s white spirits brands.
• Lead resource allocation management, budgeting, and planning process for key brands.
• Collaborate cross functionally to manage production planning and aligning our commercial and finance team forecasts with capacity.
• Be a key leader across the marketing organization to drive corporate strategy, improve our effectiveness and partner with key functional leaders to ensure best ways of working.

Who You Are…

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related discipline. Advanced Degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years marketing experience with significant brand leadership experience
• Spirits industry experience and knowledge of production processes and management
• Willingness to travel up to 25% with some night / weekend events.
• Mastery of marketing fundamentals and effectiveness.
• Business & Commercial acumen in the spirits industry
• People leadership and development
• Highly sophisticated stakeholder management & influencer
• Project management and working through others to drive projects to successful completion.
• Highly agile with ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Executive presence and sophisticated communicator
