Responsibilities

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish or Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Licensing: You MUST already have a valid Property and Casualty license in the state.

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their insurance requirements and recommending suitable solutions.

Solution Delivery: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they have the coverage they need for peace of mind.

Account Maintenance: Regularly review client portfolios, identifying opportunities for additional coverage or policy adjustments.

Renewal Management: Coordinate the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring their policies are up to date and meeting their evolving needs.

Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to excellent service.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Insurance License in Virginia required. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or related fields. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Client-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service. Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and pay attention to detail. Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common objectives. Knowledge: Proficiency in insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
