Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in client services, preferably in a medical or laboratory setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and lead a team effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with saliva testing or medical testing processes is a plus.
