Job Overview

The Product Sales Specialist (Closer) will explain the specifications and features of our product, follow sales leads and discuss terms to previous or potential customers, with the goal of making a sale.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Makes contact with potential clients at an appointment time designated
  • Qualifies new prospects
  • Understands prospective clients business needs and challenges by fact finding
  • Mapping of products capabilities to prospective clients needs
  • Secures the sale of the product and finalizes the deal
  • Follows up on sales leads
  • Meets short and long term sales goals and strategies
  • Works with team members to maintain best practices
  • Consistently improve or maintain an acceptable closing percentage
  • Creates team dynamics that help the team grow and succeed
  • Constantly work with management to help create more sales opportunities
  • Works well with Business Developers and maintains an overall positive attitude

  • Demonstrated ability to work with management to meet sales goals and strategies
  • Trains new sales specialists and works with management to maintain best practices
