A little about the role…

To support our continued growth in the United States, we are looking for a Senior Visual Experience Designer to join our Creative Services team, in a role that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States. The purpose of the role will be to contribute to and realize the creative direction for our experiential design proposals and projects to deliver bold, high-quality outcomes in close collaboration with our Content, Exhibition Design and Creative Technology teams. You'll have the opportunity to lead a broad range of design initiatives and have responsibility for visual experience mapping and visual story development. You'll also be responsible for creating and assembling informative and visually appealing materials for workshops and have opportunities to coach and mentor less experienced Designers in our team. This is a great role for a capable Designer who is excited by a varied role that offers the opportunity to work as part of a high-caliber team on interesting and meaningful projects with organizations in the cultural and visitor attraction sectors.

You could be the one if you have…

• Demonstrated experience working across all aspects of the design field, from concept development to production with multi-disciplinary teams, participating in client presentations, workshops and engaging in senior client stakeholder interaction
• Experience supporting complex experiential design projects, including a combination of digital and built environments (in the cultural sector or other physical design environments)
• Experience developing comprehensive visualization of experience journey maps and diagrams, user flows, and systems to optimize the user experience
• Experience partnering with content teams to weave visually compelling narratives across various mediums (e.g. print, digital, 3D)
• Experience with interface design tools such as Figma and Sketch for diverse applications, including digital products such as kiosks, mobile, and web platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) for visualization
• The ability to co-lead engaging client workshops alongside peers
• Excellent typography and design skills
• Experience developing exhibition visual style guides and design systems for digital and built environments
• 3D and/or motion design skills and experience in generative AI will be highly regarded, but is not essential

Experience and a keen interest in the cultural sector will be highly regarded, but we are also open to candidates with relevant experience in other industries applicable to the built environment.

Base Salary Range: USD 120 - 140K
