Freight Brokerage Customer Sales

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for transportation solutions? We are seeking a Freight Broker with a minimum of two years of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your existing customer base and entrepreneurial spirit to build and expand your book of business. Responsibilities:

• Contact new customers and utilize your unique skills to secure sales.
• Develop effective systems and processes for prospect identification, qualification, and management.
• Successfully sell and close new shippers while continuing to build your book of business.
• Implement strategies through prospect contact, proposal development, presentations, follow-up, and account management.
• Collaborate with Carrier Sales to secure equipment for your customers.

• Minimum 2-year experience in 3PL sales.
• Proficiency in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Proficient with computer and technology.
• Experience using CRM (HubSpot) and TMS (McLeod) systems.
• Bachelor's degree not required.
