Come join our team as a Manufacturing Production Manager/ Sub Process

The Production Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the operations of sublimation printing, laser, cutting and assembly departments. This role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency in sublimation printing, laser and cutting technologies, alongside strong leadership, and organizational skills.

What you will do:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sublimation, laser, assembly and cutting departments, ensuring efficient workflow and high quality
Plans, schedules, and prioritizes department activities to meet or exceed established customer expectations
Responsible for day-to-day work in process (WIP) working closely with Planning and other departments
Cultivates a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and ownership
Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure accurate execution of customers designs and patterns
Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all products meet or exceed our standards and customer expectations

What you need to have:

Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably in apparel and/or textile industries
Sublimation printing, laser and/or cutting room experience required
Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team working with a diverse workforce
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving production goals
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Flexible and adaptable with a growth mindset
Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with technology such as AI
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired
Lean manufacturing experience preferred
