MARKETING MANAGER

MARKETING TEAM
Under new marketing leadership, the company is in the process of adding new capabilities and infrastructure, including an upgraded CRM system, a redesigned service-oriented website, new ways to deliver unique added value beyond promotions, and a nimble marketing team capable of adapting to these new capabilities and leading execution. The Marketing Team environment is one of empowerment to take action without bureaucracy, and also with accountability to the team for strong execution and results. We are seeking individuals to join our small, smart, collaborative team of marketers who want to help us raise the bar on how Dentistry approaches water quality and safety.
ROLE
The Marketing Manager will contribute to programs and initiatives for the Company’s brand of water quality and safety products, and will have additional responsibilities that support multi-brand marketing programs.

ROLE
The Marketing Manager will contribute to programs and initiatives for the Company’s brand of water quality and safety products, and will have additional responsibilities that support multi-brand marketing programs.
- Brand Marketing
- Program Support – promotions analysis and Company Promotions Calendar; Marketing Playbook
- Functional Support – analysis in support of digital marketing, brand sales performance and forecasting
- Contribute to brand marketing campaigns: assist in development of tactical content for email, social media and digital/integrated marketing campaigns
- Contribute to development of sales enablement tools to support brand programs
- Lead the development of quarterly Salesforce tool - the Marketing Playbook
- Conduct analysis and collaborate with marketing team to generate insights on performance and ROI of promotions and marketing programs
- Track and monitor sales trends and contribute to brand forecasting
- Contribute to pricing analysis and dashboards for competitive tracking
- Other responsibilities in support of marketing team and programs

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Collaborative work style with strong interpersonal skills, to perform effectively within a small marketing team with a matrix structure that includes overlapping accountabilities
- Ability to analyze and organize data and develop conclusions that optimize decision making
- Ability to manage multiple projects with accountability to peers, in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver, able to influence without authority, listen well, and flex to different styles and personalities
- Strong communication skills, oral and written, are essential
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years work experience that includes marketing roles, ideally brand marketing
