SENIOR SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Location: Remote (Seattle & WA Region)
The Senior Sales Account Manager in the Washington region is responsible for account management and customer building in the ethnic Asian sales channels within the Seattle & WA area. The Senior Sales Account Manager is a brand ambassador and manages existing customer accounts such as wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors in the food industry and develop new accounts. The Senior Sales Account Manager will deliver excellent customer service, provide new product introductions, restock inventory, and ensure products are delivered on time in the FMCG channel sales and brand ambassador .
Responsibilities
- Manage existing and new customer accounts in the food industry including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors in the Seattle WA area.
- Build great customer rapport and sustain key relationships.
- Provide sales support, marketing productions, inventory, product delivery, etc.
- Represent the organization in sales and branding in the WA community.
- Daily reporting and weekly sales meeting and updates for the region area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalently related studies is required
- At least 5 years of sales/account management experience, as well as strong customer service experience.
- At least 4 years in food service, FMCG, or food industry experience.
- Excellent communication, strong attention to details, organized, and great follow up and follow through.
- Mandarin fluency is required.
- Travel is required up to 50%
