Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives and target audience preferences.
Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and print materials.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to increase online visibility and generate leads.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communications.
Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders through effective communication and tailored marketing efforts.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, seminars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with industry organizations, real estate professionals, and local businesses to expand our network and reach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or title industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of title and escrow processes is a plus.
