This role is an integral part of our B2B Sales Team, focused on transforming warm inbound leads into successful, lasting sales partnerships.
As an Account Executive, you are the initial contact point for our diverse clientele, which includes businesses, non-profit organizations, events, and other groups seeking to enhance their brand presence through personalized products. Your mission is to serve as a trusted consultant, diving deep into each client's branding goals to propose customized solutions that align with their vision. Your expertise in relationship building and commitment to delivering an unparalleled customer experience are pivotal in guiding clients from their first inquiry to the successful implementation of their custom branding strategies.
In this position, you will leverage your skills in communication and negotiation to not only meet but exceed client expectations, ensuring that every interaction adds value and strengthens their connection to our brand. Responsibilities
- Developing inbound leads into new clients.
- Presenting our full inventory and services to potential clients.
- Understanding your client’s preferences and needs to ensure their finished product exceeds all expectations.
- Prioritizing the clients experience throughout the entire sales process.
- You get to work with an amazing team and sell amazing products.
Skills & Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of experience with sales or customer service.
- Excellent at managing a high volume of leads.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Passionate about representing the company & products we sell.
- Organized with close attention to details.
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment.
