Business Development, Marketing and Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, assertive, competitive and process driven individual with a passion for fostering growth and creating meaningful connections as a Business Development, Marketing and Social Media Specialist. This role will include a lot of marketing, networking, producing entertaining or educational material that is contributing to our social media platforms and out of office events.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals.

Networking: Highly visible in attending industry events, broker opens, and special events to network and represent the company effectively

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the real estate 

Prepare well- structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.

Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products

Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)  

Excellent writing and editing skills in English

Time management skills and the ability to work independently
