Property Advantage is a leader in the Property Management and Community Management industry.  Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Carlsbad, Property Advantage has grown extensively in the San Diego market since its inception and now has over 40 employees.

Digital Marketing Manager Role:

As a part-time position, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop and expand the company’s online marketing presence while driving growth within existing markets and open new markets.  The Manger will work closely with Senior Management in developing new marketing strategies, as this position is critical to the future growth of the company. This position requires a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about leveraging digital channels and social media to drive growth and new customer acquisition.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

        Develop, implement & manage digital marketing campaigns/strategies focused on brand building and new customer acquisition.

·      Coordinate with Sales team to implement marketing plan and strategies.’

·      Analyze data and assist with sales forecasts, presentations and planning.

·      Coordinate with third-party marketing personnel/vendors.

·      Monitor marketing spend and ROI.

·      Create KPI tracking tools, and report on monthly results.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree preferred.

·      Experience in digital and social media marketing as well as CRM systems.

·      Strong written and oral communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Adaptable to evolving environments and can take direction from multiple people.

·      Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal processes and procedures.

·      Ability and drive to improve processes and systems.

·      Positive team-player attitude.

·      Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, and are ready to wear multiple hats as needed.

Working Conditions


·   The Employee will be responsible for working normal business hours.

·      The Employee may be granted remote privileges from time to time.

·      The Employee is expected to initially work in a part-time basis up to 20 hours/week.
