Job Description

Growing Loop law firm seeks a full-time Director of Client Operations to join its vibrant national practice. Our firm handles complex matters in a variety of practice areas, including complex tort and healthcare defense, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation, as well as municipal and local government law, real estate development, and other transactional matters. We also are privileged to represent the unique legal needs of nonprofit and religious clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations related to client services.
  • Oversee workflow management, resource allocation, and client communications.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage the Firm’s reputation and brand image consistent with Firm values and goals.
  • Create, maintain, and update client databases and mailing lists.
  • Monitor and regularly update the Firm’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating client events and other internal and external events.
  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes and policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, handling client inquiries, answering phones, and other office related tasks, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or operations management, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of improving client service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Strong communication, digital media management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Knowledge of legal industry standards and best practices in client services.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In office, in person.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
