We are seeking a Digital Designer who is passionate about joining us in shaping the user experience of our platforms. As a Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing the user interface and experience for our diverse operational technology suites. You will work closely with our product development team to conceptualize, design, and implement intuitive and visually stunning screens that enhance user engagement and drive efficiency in industrial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other designers, product marketing and development managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design concepts.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various platform features, ensuring seamless user interactions and intuitive navigation.

• Design and build pre-production prototypes of web applications and mobile apps using Figma and other design tools.

• Create visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with our brand identity and design guidelines.
• Optimize designs for different screen sizes and devices to ensure consistent user experience across platforms.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analytics to continuously improve the platform's user interface and experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions into our platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) as a Digital Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects, with an emphasis on user interface and experience design.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and design best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial processes or artificial intelligence technologies is a bonus.
• Familiarity with CSS, SCSS, JavaScript and React is highly desired
• Knowledge of major Web browsers and the capabilities and limitations of each.
• Knowledge of current and emerging web development tools.
• Talent and passion for technology, automation, and process improvement.
